Charlotte native, Ronda is the owner and visionary of Diviniti Salon. Ronda attended the Southeastern school of Cosmetology, following up with an intense assistant training program at a top Aveda salon here in Charlotte, NC. To further her skills, she has received additional training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, CA, Toni & Guy in Dallas, TX and Aveda Team Training in Hammond, LA. When asked what drew her to the industry, she says, “Because I love the art of hair design, I love people and fashion.” She continues, “My favorite part of my career is connecting with people, making them feel beautiful, and building lifelong relationships. Communication is key.” Ronda has two beautiful daughters, a marvelous son-in-law, and five wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys travel, music, exercise, anything outdoors and outreach ministries. Ronda was honored with a nomination to the National Association of Professional Women to represent Matthews, NC.
